Shipping Policy
We ship in-stock orders as soon as possible. This is often the day
you placed it or the day after, but there are many situations where
it will take longer. Please see the Same-Day Shipping section for
details.
You will be sent at least 2 emails for each order you place:
•The Order Confirmation verifies that your order is in our system.
Please review the email to make sure all the information is correct.
Pause your order if something’s wrong.
•The Ship Notification is to let you know that your order is ready
to go. It will be picked up by the shipping company the next time
they come by our building.

US orders over $75 ship free! You’ll see that option in checkout.
For other shipping methods, price varies greatly. You can get an
estimate with the Calculate Shipping button in your cart, or just
enter checkout to see what we’ll charge. For orders under $75 or
faster shipping options, we charge a $2 handling fee plus the
estimate from the carrier.

Shipping Methods
We offer 15 options to allow you to decide how and when you get your
stuff.
FedEx - (Tracked and insured, no PO boxes)
•FedEx Priority Overnight - next business day by 10:30AM, later for
rural
•FedEx Standard Overnight - next business day by 3PM, later for
rural
•FedEx 2-day Air - Delivery by the end of the second business day
•FedEx Express Saver - Delivery by the end of the third business day
•FedEx Ground/Home - Averages 3-5 business days, depending on
destination
FedEx does not normally deliver on Saturday, but may for an
additional charge. See our Saturday Delivery information for
details.
UPS - (Tracked and insured, no PO boxes)
•UPS Next Day Air - Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00
noon, or end of day, depending on destination
•UPS Next Day Air Saver - Commercial destinations: Next business day
delivery by 3:00 or 4:30 p.m. Residential destinations: Next
business day delivery by end of day
•UPS 2nd Day Air - Delivery by the end of the second business day
•UPS 3 Day Air - Delivery by the end of the third business day
•UPS Ground - Averages 3-5 business days, depending on destination
UPS does not normally deliver on Saturday, but may for an additional

United States Postal Service
•USPS Priority Mail Express - Overnight not guaranteed, includes
Saturday. Tracked and insured Only allowed for orders up to $300 in
value.
•USPS Priority - 2-3 business days not guaranteed, includes
Saturday, not tracked, not insured. Only allowed for orders up to
$300 in value.
•USPS First Class Mail - not day guaranteed, but averages 1-2 weeks,
not tracked, not insured. Only allowed for orders up to $300 in
value.
Please Note - Priority and First Class Mail packages are NOT
insured. In the case a package is lost or damaged in transit, Renix
Electronics is not responsible for replacing the order.
Economy
Renix Electronics’s Economy Shipping option, also known as UPS
SurePost, is carried by UPS to your city, then usually handed off to
the United States Postal Service for delivery with standard mail.
UPS may also choose to make delivery on their own. This shipping
option will deliver to PO Boxes.
It may show up as “Economy” or “Economy Light”. This is an internal
distinction based on the estimated weight of your package, and will
not affect delivery time. Typical delivery time frame is 5-10
business days.
Only allowed for orders up to $300 in value. Economy is not an
insured shipping method. As such, Renix Electronics is not
responsible for replacing the package should it be lost in transit.
It will show tracking online only up to the point the package is
handed off to the USPS.
Local Pickup
If your shipping address is in the state of Colorado, you’ll see
Local Pickup as a shipping method in checkout. If you select this
option, we’ll hold your order here so you can come pick it up. See
our Local Customers section for more details.
PO Boxes
FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes. If your shipping address
is a PO Box, please select a USPS or Economy option or your package
will be returned to us at your expense.
Signature Requirements
All US orders are shipped “Signature Not Required” by default;
however, the shipping company may decide to require a signature
depending on the value or destination. If you want your order to
require a signature for delivery, please contact Customer Service.
If a “Signature Not Required” package is left at the door but isn’t
there when you get home, neither Renix Electronics nor the shipping
company can be held responsible.
Payments
You may pay by any of the following methods. United
States funds only. We do not accept C.O.D. orders.
Credit Card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
•We can only refund for up to 90 days from the date of the
charge. After that time, we will need to refund with store
credit or another method.
•In order to help prevent payment fraud, we may need to hold
your order for further verification. We will be in contact
if this is applies to you.
PayPal
If you select PayPal during checkout, you will be redirected
to that website, then back to ours to complete your order.
•If your order has backorders, you may not be redirected to
the PayPal site. This is because we do not take payment
until your order is ready to ship. Once everything is in
stock, we’ll send you a money request.
•Make sure your addresses are correct on our site. We do not
verify any address information with PayPal.
Offline Payment
Use this option to get your order in the system now and
handle payment later. It’s also useful if you need a quote
to get a purchase approved. Place the order with this option
and use the resulting invoice as the quote. Then the order
is sitting right here waiting for you once payment is
available.
If you no longer need the order as placed, please contact
Customer Service so we can cancel it.
This option is not available for guest checkout.
Check or Money Order

•Please do not use this option if you are paying with a
Purchase Order.
•Reference your order number on the document.
•Not available for orders that are split into two shipments.
•For accounting reasons, this option is not available for
Local Pickup orders.
•This option is not available for guest checkout.
Net30 (Purchase Order)
This payment option is for established Net30 customers, and
can only be used for tracked/insured shipping methods or
local pickup. Not established for Net30? Check out our
Purchase Orders section.
Wire Transfer
This is a direct transfer from your bank to ours. Necessary
information will be included with your Order Confirmation
email. This option is not available for guest checkout.
•We will not release your order for shipment until payment
clears.
•Not available for orders that are split into two shipments.
•Not available for orders under $100.
•Please be sure to include your Order Number, Customer
Number, and Company Name (if applicable) in the transfer
information.
•Usually take 3-5 business days to clear. Your order will
ship once your payment is verified by our bank. A record of
the transaction from your bank is not sufficient to release
an order.
Minimum Order Quantity
There are no minimum orders! You are responsible for
shipping costs.
Sales Tax
All orders with a Texas shipping address will include Texas sales
tax on the merchandise portion of your order, unless you provide us
with an exemption permit or Texas resale tax form. Tax is calculated
based on the shipping zip code.
We do not charge sales tax for orders with a shipping address
outside Texas.
